6 - Exploring the Suie and the Braes of Glenlivet - Saturday 25th August
A walk through remote hill country with opportunities to see a variety of wildlife including the possibility of seeing red deer on the open hillside as they gear up for the rutting season (not guaranteed!). A reasonably low level but exposed walk.
Meet: OS Landranger map 36 (GR 235 249). 10.00am at Allanreid car park, Tombae Road.
Duration: Approx 4 hours. 7 miles.

7 - Whisky Smugglers Walk - Sunday 26th August
Follow in the footsteps of whisky smugglers on this walk across the Glenlivet Hills. End your journey at the world renowned Glenlivet Distillery and enjoy a dram. This walk is open and very exposed in places.
Meet: 10.00am at the Glenlivet Estate Office and Information Centre Tomintoul.
Duration: Finish at Glenlivet Distillery Centre approx 4.00pm. 10 miles.
(Transport will be provided to return to the start of the walk. Cars can be left at the Estate Office).
